RecommendedThe staff at Seymour are very helpful even in the face of crowds. The waiting room was full and Still Danielle made you feel special. For brakes and key replacement and oil change and tire( and probably every other repair) the service department can't be beat. My go to automotive first choice.

Seymour Ford made buying a new vehicle easy. There was no high pressure. I am very happy with my 2015 Ford Edge.
my 2017 Escape started to leak from the roof. I called to schedule service, I was told:" We had 3 cancellations today, if you can bring it down, we can look at it. They never even moved it. The next day no call.. I called to find out about it. Gasket where roof rack is attached is leaking..but it will cost $300 to fix. I don't feel that I should pay for a shoddy part and/or improperly installed part. We need your car another day. No call on Friday... so I called before leaving work they wouldn't release car until I paid for ... read more

Pretty painless, except the trade in vehicle we had, we just paid a mechanic $1000 in repairs! And Seymour only gave us $100 trade in! It was very upsetting! But we were desperate and not thinking clearly! We could of scrapped it out for way more! The rims were worth at least 800$ and it had a brand new 120$ battery! Just sick about it!🤢 Love the New Escape though😁
I’ve purchased my last three autos from Seymour! They were the best! Their service department is top notch, prices are reasonable and even when I just drop in, they fit me in to their schedule and get me the service I need.
