RecommendedPleasant staff. No pressure. Giving lesser options to help meet numbers.
RecommendedThe staff at Seymour are very helpful even in the face of crowds. The waiting room was full and Still Danielle made you feel special. For brakes and key replacement and oil change and tire( and probably every other repair) the service department can't be beat. My go to automotive first choice.
RecommendedCraig. Terrific guy. Very helpful Repair and service of my F 150,done professionallyWife loves her 2019 Edge,we will be backRobert SEBESKY
Seymour Ford Lincoln employs AJ Minix - the WORST of the worst when it comes to sleazy salesmen. AJ and Seymour Ford Lincoln are out to scam you - stay away and do NOT buy a car from them. You’re welcome for the warning.
Can’t say enough about the service we received. The day before a holiday weekend, we were having an issue with our brakes. Since we only have one car, the service manager and Marty Hicks went above and beyond to get the issue resolved that day. Great experience from caring employees.
Always friendly and get the job done.
They got me in and out for the Works oil change. They found several issues, serviced them and now back on the road. The ladies in the oil service area are great. Thank you.
I recently hit a deer with my new focus. The guys in the body shop were amazing. repairs done in a timely manner the exceeded my expectations. They also did a amazing job detailing my car before it was returned. I would recommend them to anyone and I will definitely buy my next car from here!
I made an appointment to get my oil changed and was in and out in 30 minutes with tire rotation and all. Really fast and friendly service!
