Huge thanks to Shawn Avery and everyone at Seymour Ford Lincoln’s Collision Center. My car was damaged due to the great potholes that Michigan has to offer. Shawn and his team brought my car back to the way it looked when I drove it off the lot. Customer Service was A+, Quality of work was A+, and they did all of the work within a week. I recently had work done on my car due to an airbag recall. All the staff was prompt and courteous, from the gentleman that greeted me, to the one that drove me home. I would not hesitate to return there for service to my car.
Love their Quicklube”. In and out quickly and they even review the Multi Point Inspection Report with me which no other Ford dealer has ever done in 53 years. Friendly sevice too!
Insulting trade in value on our vehicle, $2500 below KBB’s lowest value for this particular vehicle. Very unprofessional attitude by Wade when we left, went right to other staff and was laughing at us for thinking our vehicle warranted a better trade in. Ridiculous. We’ll take our business elsewhere.
