my 2017 Escape started to leak from the roof. I called to schedule service, I was told:" We had 3 cancellations today, if you can bring it down, we can look at it. They never even moved it. The next day no call.. I called to find out about it. Gasket where roof rack is attached is leaking..but it will cost $300 to fix. I don't feel that I should pay for a shoddy part and/or improperly installed part. We need your car another day. Pretty painless, except the trade in vehicle we had, we just paid a mechanic $1000 in repairs! And Seymour only gave us $100 trade in! It was very upsetting! But we were desperate and not thinking clearly! We could of scrapped it out for way more! The rims were worth at least 800$ and it had a brand new 120$ battery! Just sick about it!🤢 Love the New Escape though😁
I took my 2012 Mustang in for a Passenger side airbag recall. I arrived a bit earlier than my appt. at 10 am. They took my car right in and what was supposed to be two hours, was finished in 45 minutes!

I am reassured when the salesperson knows a vehicle inside and out, and when they aren't sure they get the answer and don't guess.
