Insulting trade in value on our vehicle, $2500 below KBB’s lowest value for this particular vehicle. Very unprofessional attitude by Wade when we left, went right to other staff and was laughing at us for thinking our vehicle warranted a better trade in. Ridiculous. We’ll take our business elsewhere.
Salesman Dave Fugate makes it easy to buy a car at Seymour Ford. Easy going and knowledgeable. The whole team at Seymour is helpful. The service dept is great as well as the body shop. When I buy again it will be from Dave Fugate at Seymour Ford
I spent 10,000 dollars on a used car from them with 138k miles. Had it for 3 months and the motor went out. The vehicle didnt even last until it was ready for its 1st oil change. The maintenance sticker they put in the window for tires and oil change hadn't reached the number of miles it was stickered for. Called no one wants to help and said theres nothing they can do so now I'm stuck with a vehicle now 9k on and dont have 5k to put a motor in. Wouldnt reccomend to anyone.
