Joel and Craig really went above and beyond for me on Black Friday. The deals were already good enough, and they went even further to make sure I got what I wanted and could still be home in time to watch my son in a Thanksgiving parade. I have bought many many cars and this was an excellent experience. I felt like they wanted to see ME happy above getting the sale- whether or not that is true their personable customer service sure makes a difference. And I love my new car!! Thank you!!

Salesman Dave Fugate makes it easy to buy a car at Seymour Ford. Easy going and knowledgeable. The whole team at Seymour is helpful. The service dept is great as well as the body shop. When I buy again it will be from Dave Fugate at Seymour Ford
I was told the next available appointment for an oil change was 10 days from now but they take walk ins, so i walked in and they said it was a 3 1/3 hour wait, so i said put me on the list and ill come back and they said we dont do that you have to wait here. rediculous. i called Brooklyn ford and they said they could get me in in an hour so i took it to them instead. quicker more professional service.
