Huge thanks to Shawn Avery and everyone at Seymour Ford Lincoln’s Collision Center. My car was damaged due to the great potholes that Michigan has to offer. Shawn and his team brought my car back to the way it looked when I drove it off the lot. Customer Service was A+, Quality of work was A+, and they did all of the work within a week. I recently had work done on my car due to an airbag recall. All the staff was prompt and courteous, from the gentleman that greeted me, to the one that drove me home. I would not hesitate to return there for service to my car.
Joel and Craig really went above and beyond for me on Black Friday. The deals were already good enough, and they went even further to make sure I got what I wanted and could still be home in time to watch my son in a Thanksgiving parade. I have bought many many cars and this was an excellent experience. I felt like they wanted to see ME happy above getting the sale- whether or not that is true their personable customer service sure makes a difference. And I love my new car!! Thank you!!
