I love the customer service here! I had a 20 year old machine, and no knowledge of new machines, and came in today and they were so patient and helpful! I'm very pleased with my purchase!!
SMM rocks! I just purchased a Destiny (Desi) and so far I'm over the moon! All the ladies are very helpful and friendly. I hope to take some of the classes they offer, but if not, I can even get instruction one on one!
One of my favorite places to shop, and love that it's locally owned and operated. Staff is always personable, and acknowledge me the moment I walk in the door. They are always inquiring about what kinds of projects I have going on.
