Two stars because all the techs that have come to our house to service our machines have been kind and helpful. Wish I could say the same about the people who work in the actual store. I called yesterday as I received multiple missed calls from sew much more. The lady on the phone was downright rude. Sheldon helped me with the purchase of my new Jazz. Awesome
Fantastic shop! Great people! Great Machines, new, nearly new and pre-owned oldies! Have purchased 5 or 6 machines (lost track) and lots of other stuff. Love this place so much! I dressed dozens of skaters with hundreds of costumes and that machine made it through. If you use your machine heavily, it's a good idea to bring it in sometimes for a tune-up/wellness check. You'd be amazed at the difference it will make in keeping you happily... read more
