RecommendedI love this store but sadly have to give a thumbs down for a “Special Order” I placed and paid for it on 6-11-2020, I ordered a new table extension for my Aurora 430 because the one I had broke. So after about 8 weeks I called and checked to see if it was in, people would check and say no not yet but we will let you know. I called 3-4 times and got the same response”we’ll let you know”. The discrimination was real in this store today no ma'am literally saw a woman help someone else and when me and my roommate needed help all of a sudden another employee knew more than she did

Wonderful service and communication in these wacky times.
Terrific store. Great people that sew and can solve your problems and answer questions, sell great machines (Bernina, Baby Lock, Brother, Bernette- all the B’s). Plus long arms etc. Don’t hesitate to go to them for your machine. Service does a fabulous job as well, though they are so good everyone goes there so sometimes a longer turnaround but worth the wait.
I have a wonderful experience every time I go in the Store. Love Laura!!!
