I picked my machine up today after having it serviced. Yvette was very helpful at drop off and also today at pick up! I would definitely recommend Sew Much More for all your sewing and embroidery needs!
Ten Stars! The owners and staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, as well as extremely knowledgeable. They have made this a fantastic place to shop and learn. Sew Much More is the very best place to buy a new or refurbished Bernina or BabyLock machine. Truly, the best - best selection, best staff, best deals, best classes, best service Buying a machine at Sew Much More means you never have to sew alone, if you are stumped by a feature on your machine give them a call and they will patiently walk you through it. I like the clubs they have as they are demo. Bringing my machine can be hard for me to load and unload. I have attended other clubs where you brought your machine and while they were fun it got to be hard bringing all that was needed. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
They have an awesome group of people working there. Lots of classes and training. Beautiful fabric. Barbara and Ron are wonderful owners!
The level of customer service and training. Awesome!
Their knowledge and expertise continues to keep me engaged in the Creative Art of Sewing.

But, worst of all, they care not about their public relations although they pepper me with emails. Today I tried to return a very low cost item $4.00 bought 5 days ago...scissors intended to snip quickly but wouldn't cut thread. Because it was not in the "original packaging" "because they could not resell it"(resell it when it doesn't work?), they told me it was not returnable.

Alfonsina is extremely knowledgeable about the Bernina line-up as well as the functions of the different presser feet. She answered all my questions and I was able to make my purchase. I travelled 50 miles to Austin this morning and was greeted with a “hey, old friend” smile. Alfonsina walked me through my purchase of accessories and the machine, and gave me a very thorough demonstration of a ... read more
