RecommendedWonderful, wonderful people working there. The supplies are so fun to look through. I bought my Cresendo there about a year ago. I would recommend this store so highly. They are awesome! And so friendly! No question is "dumb".
Knowledgability of staff. They are pleasant and most know my name, where I can find what I'm looking for and I rarely have to leave my machines for service because staff knows their product so well that they can usually diagnose a problem that I thought sounded major and it was minor operator error.
Sew Much More has great sales and my sales lady, Mary Kay has been great when I call. Great Store, I only wish I lived closer.
They took my machine in and charged me 140.00 to clean it to fix a tension problem when they knew full well that cleaning would not resolve the issue. I bought my machine there and my saleslady wouldn't even speak to me when I was having issues getting them to give me my money back on accessories at the very least. ( she was at the counter). Listen to customer more when they take machine in for repairs. Took me two visits to get less than 2 yr old machine fixed. Be sure and check your machine before taking home.Would have saved me extra trip.Did quickly fix machine while I waited the second time in.
A shout out to let everyone know that I finally made my big purchase of the Qmatic 24, and am thoroughly enjoying it because of the very special costumer care given by Alfonsina. She is an invaluable asset to Sew Much More. After selling you this very expensive machine, Alfonsina wants to make sure that her costumers learn about the machine and have a great experience.
