Popped in on Tuesday for a look around and ended up buying a few bits .. the man was lovely and very helpful (dave I believe was his name), have just had it all delivered and I cant wait to put it all together and try it out..will definitely use the store again
Great service! Ordered an ex-display Rega Planar 1 Plus which arrived quickly, but had an issue with the phono pre-amp output. Called the store, and Dave was happy to help. He sorted the sending of a replacement turntable and scheduled both delivery and collection for the next day. Really impressed and over the moon with my purchase! Thank you :)
