Outstanding example of customer care that is so rare these days. Richard and crew take the time to really look after customer needs, rather than just sell you stuff. They also have a massive amount of product knowledge and a great range of stock to suit all budgets.
I have paid Sevenoaks sound and vision 3 visits in 3 days and each visit I had exceptional customer service. I had recently purchased a vintage akai amp and I am by no means an audiophile so wanted advice on speakers and whole set up.
