Dr told me to do Pilate's to help with some upper back issues I was having. I contacted Sally & arranged to join a class. I was very nervous as I was the only man there & quite self conscious, but Sally & the gang were very welcoming & supportive. The benefits that the Pilates has been wonderful my flexibility has improved I'm in far less pain & has helped me to carry on working. Give it ago highly recommend.
An awesome fitness studio, with a smashing instructor - Sally, who genuinely cares about everyone attending her classes. The classes are fab, geared to your abilities (or lack of, in my case!). All of the people who attend are non-judgemental, supportive and simply have fun and sing-a-long. Go on give it a go - you won’t regret it!
Sally's Sessions at the Courthouse is a great space to try out lots of different classes for all abilities and ages in a really friendly environment. Sally is a great instructor who makes all the classes fun and I always come away smiling a lot more than I'm probably meant to after a work out! Something for everyone, highly recommend! :o)
