Waking up early on a cold morning, my thermostat read “Lost connection between thermostat and wall plate.” I called Advantage before working hours; received a prompt return call from Tabitha, who had technician, Chuck, call me. I explained to Chuck the nature of my problem and, on the phone, he walked me through some simple steps that I could do to reset my thermostat. I like to give praise when it is due. The blower motor went out on my less than 5 year old heater unit. The technician that came out said parts were covered under warranty but labor wasn't. Paid my $200, then just got a call this morning from the back office saying labor was also covered. They are refunding my $200. Just wanted to recommend their service and say thanks to them for looking into it, and doing the right thing.

I had three estiments from three different companys, Advantage wasn't the cheapest or the highest. Brandon Wilson came to my house and gave the bid, this guy was great, polite and on time, which means alot to me, In fact everyone from the installers to Jamie May the electrician and the other electricians that did the electrical work was great, polite and on time.
