There are a lot of positives having Advantage as your go to place for Heat/AC and other things. What I love the most is they have such loyal employees and we always see familiar faces. Nick did our heat check today. He is the best!

Thomas came out, looked at my plumbing issue and told me what I needed to do to prepare it for repair. Fantastic customer service!! I HIGHLY recommend this company and will absolutely use them in the future for any repair job!!
Our AC is out and we're having a new one installed on Thursday. Ron Stewart just left (he was here for 2.5 hours!) going ABOVE and BEYOND helping us figure out how to setup a window unit to use in the interim. Our windows slide, screens weren't made to be removed....but with his ladder and screw driver...Ron saved the day. Screenshot this review and send it to the owner. Ron deserves a plaque and a raise. Holy cow. This man just earned you a life long customer. You don't see a work ethic like that everyday.

Having issues with getting taken care of..this has not been good experience as I thought it was when first chose to try your company. disappointed !!

Paul and Randy came today and fixed our plumbing problem within an hour. They were prompt, polite and did an excellent job.
We have used Advantage Service Co. for 2 years and they have solved every problem with our heat and air. Always ready to serve their customers in a fair and timely manner. Always respectful and hard workers, We recently had a very nice and knowledgeble young man by the name of Justin Wilson. Couldnt of asked for more from a technician.
