He gave me a complete explanation of the problems and an estimate of the cost to fix. Given its age, he offered and I chose to have them also provide an estimate of a replacement. RecommendedWoke up this morning to my ceiling dripping water. Figured it was my upstairs toilet. I called Advantage Service company and they had Thomas out in an hour and on a Saturday at that! Not only did he get me fixed up, I definitely had a toilet leak, he was extremely professional and personable. I would not and will not hesitate to use them again.

Do your research everyone, I was charged $258.00 for a $40 condensation pump yesterday. They installed a Diversitech Model CP-22 condensation pump yesterday because my old pump failed. Google Diversitech CP-22 and you will find vendors all over the internet selling this pump for $40. Find another service provider that is honest and that won't overcharge you by hundreds of dollars.
