I recently had duct work cleaning and cleanup caused by squirrels. Ron was excellent in helping me with costs and schedules. Danny and his helper worked diligently to fix this awful mess. And they were careful about the installation of a new air return and didn't mar existing woodwork around it. I just want everyone to know they are good people and I have done business with them for many years. I will continue to do so!!!
they didn't put my duct work in right and wouldn't come fix it
I was charges over $100 and the service I received was not correct. I needed my water heater worked on, instead I came home to my a.c. drainage pipe cut with a water hose connected. When I called the manager to complain, he would not take ownership for the shotty work, and explained that if I wanted this problem fixed, it would be at least another $225. We woke up in sweat and knew something was wrong with our unit. Gave their service team a call and within an hour and a small part replacement, we had cool air blowing!! Such timely, responsive and professional folks!! An hour! We were so impressed!!
The technician who came to my business - Jordan - did an outstanding job all around. First off, he called me about 40 minutes prior to his arrival, which is sadly unheard of nowadays so KUDOS!! Second, he displayed excellent knowledge of the services the company provides and did so with excellent charisma and a "yes sir/no sir"-level of respect. My overall experience with this company: timely, respectful, quality service, personable.
