I was on a job site with a couple different companies and noticed a few were from advantage service company. They were all very respectful and hard workers. I got the chance to meet a guy by the name of "Keaton" I believe and he answered every question I had to the best of his ability and if he didn't know the answer he went and got it for me

We got home after being gone on vacation for a week, the Friday before Labor Day at 4:45 to no air, called, got immediate attention. Had Chuck coming out who ran into big issues on the call before us and he called in reinforcements (John), who drove from Hot Springs to Little Rock. Advantage came out Saturday to repair our electrical fire problem in the breaker panel. Charles was expedient, professional, very courteous, and customer oriented. He fixed what we thought to be a major issue in no time at all. Be assured that my wife and I will take every possible ADVANTAGE to promote the company. Fabulous job, great staff, and the cost was more than reasonable. Thank you for restoring our livelihood and well-being. You guys are truly top shelf!

Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working they sold me garbage unit then want to charge more and more to keep it going don't use this company
