Muito bem localizado , em union square .... Decoração muito legal , quartos limpos e banheiros ótimos !!! Recomendo .
Rooms a bit small but comfy enough. Bathrooms quite dated. Welcoming and friendly staff. Not very impressed by the dining arrangements.
Too expensive. Staff was courteous especially the bell boys. I remember John's name in particular. He was great. Rooms are very small as well as the bathroom. As regards housekeeping they didn't change the soggy small soap for the five nights I stayed there. Other than that ideally located for tourists. Parking is a big issue may be for the whole San Francisco. Next time I would prefer trying some other hotel. 3 star is because of the courteous staff.
