My colleague booked this one for me and I must say this turned out to be a biggest disaster. This place doesn't graduates to be called a hotel. The linens were unclean, the side tables were full of dust, the bathtub and basins were yellow. The hotel doesn't cares if you request for something or complain. Absolutely rude staff at reception. Would never want to be here again...!!

This hotel is very well situated next to great restaurants and Union Square. The hotel staff was courteous, attentive and professional. They even noticed a bottle of unopened wine in our room and left wine glasses without being asked! Parking was a piece of cake. The hotel offers it but we parked across the street for $45 per day ( with in and out privileges). I would have given it 5 stars if the property had a pool or spa, coffee in room and the property needs a little tlc. No worries tho, we will be back again!

Yes--- old hotels tend to have small rooms, but the location is great, it is a very comfortable room, and quite clean. Staff is helpful, and Jaspers is a nice pub ... But you will do better walking to a nearby diner for meals.
