Hotel itself is fine, staff friendly, rooms what you would expect from type of hotel. The Urban Fee at checkout is a straight rip-off up-charge. 30 bucks for internet and coffee, neither of which we used.....another example of greedy owners squeezing money from customers. The beds were comfy, rooms spacious, staff friendly, and I loved the lobby with different sitting areas. We were there for a night out on the town and we're able to walk to the restaurant and bars. Jasper was a pleasant surprise, yummy after hour menu and delicious breakfast. I like that Serrano was boutique-like, but it could use a facelift.
