Loved this hotel have to applaud the staff they were excellent very friendly and nothing a bother. We loved the morning coffe yes it would have been nice to have in room as not a great sleeper but can’t have everything and it was made for you. Room was very clean and I think their “ green “ policy is a great idea and your rewarded for it which can be used as we did one morning to put towards breakfast at jaspers and one evening towards drinks and bar snacks. Friendly staff. Decent sized room which was nice and clean. Good location close to union square. Would be better if the tea & coffee we’re offered throughout the day & evening rather than just 6-10
I will start by saying they have an incredibly friendly staff. The hotel itself was just ok, dirty but ok.. The room it's self was ehh.. The shower had two broken shower heads as well as the steam function not working. The stereo did not work and maintenance came to "fix it" and just said, "Sorry it's broken. It no work." The iron was broken and leaked water all over. Only one robe for two guests! The couch was disgusting.. covered in stains, did not even sit in it.
