This is the best hotel in San Francisco! Ask for a room on the 8th floor; you will be amazed. This hotel was one of the best aspects of my trip to San Francisco. When I visit, I will never stay anywhere else!
There's emergency situation! Me and my friends booked two rooms in your hotel. Check-in was on December 31, January 4 we left. After this, total due accomodation was charged twice from our cards. There was an overdraft. We'll be at US at least this week and all the money were on the cards. It's imperative to quickly return the missing money ASAP!
Just had the best Thanksgiving holiday here. So fun!
