This hotel was horrible. I got my bag stolen in the hotel, and the staff didn't want to no. It was a hassle to get them to check the cameras (they said they checked them, however I'm unsure as they first said that the engineer is on his lunch and will be back in 1hour then 10minutes later the same member of staff told me that he actually wasn't in.
