Normally I would recommend but after a call today with Adam in service and his attitude towards me about tire pricing I would rather take my money elsewhere. Since 2003 I have been a loyal customer at this one dealership and have bought at least 6 vehicles from them. Since this change to Hyundai it seems as though customer service and customer loyalty has gone down hill and fast. I appreciate the help you gave to me Adam (sarcasm intended) and don’t refer to a customer with “hey buddy that’s just what they cost”.
Easy in easy out for regular service
I had a good car buying experience on my new Hyundai Santa Fe Dominic was a great service to me on my selection and price to fit my budget I would recommend anyone to come in to see him

What an amazing experience my wife and I had when looking for a new car, the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. We purchased a new veloster and we both love it, I would recommend this establishment to everybody I know is looking for a car. On a side note Zach the cups fit 😉
Dominic and David were great! Very professional and gave us the best information to fit our needs. We visited another dealership, but the service at Serra Hyundai was second to none! Zack and Jermaine teamed up to offer us a sweet deal to fit our budget. If you are looking for a new car, go to Serra Hyundai where the service and the deals can't be beat!!!!
Barry Brown and the staff are amazing. Barry sold me my first car and never treated me like other salesmen did at a couple other places. I worked in the dealership industry for a few years and I know how some people can be. He has answered all my questions and checked on me to make sure everything was going good.
