I can not recommend Serra Hyundai enough and ESPECIALLY Frank Vigil for the outstanding support and customer service. I have not perfect credit by any means, actually it’s pretty bad and Frank was so kind and went above and beyond. I am 4 hours away and he drove my very gently used 2020 Hyundai Sonata SEL Plus down to me and drive my used old bug that I traded in back up. Honestly the best dealership and salesman I have ever dealt with!

I had my first and last experience with this private dealership. I went in to get my car fixed from the recall that was brought to my attention this past month. I called the Hyundai Rep about if my car would be under warranty and they said yes just take it to a dealership and they will fix it. The Hyundai Rep also informed me that my car was under a lifetime engine warranty as of July 13, 2020. I did what I was told and took it into this dealership 3 weeks ago.
