Love the customer service!
Horrific customer service! They do not stay in contact with customers. Customer has to keep calling and keep calling and keep calling!!! Car repair takes Forever! Employees NOT honest. I remember a time when customer service mattered...sadly, that is not the case anymore. Do not use them!!!!
I went in not knowing what car I would want, and ended up falling in love with the new Kona. I wasn’t sure if I should get a brand new car, because I didn’t want a high payment. The saleswoman Jae and the sales manager Sam were amazing, and kept me in the price range I wanted for the brand new Kona!! I absolutely love it!! The entire process (searching the lot, discussing and test driving, and all paperwork) only took about 3-4 hours. This dealership is the shadiest I have ever dealt with. Every sales and finance person I have dealt with has flat out LIED to me. If you liars want to contact me, you have my email and phone number, you flood them both with ads and sales calls. I have bought 3 cars from you and am in the market for another. I will not consider you.
The service we experienced by Jemuel, Kevin, and Rob was fantastic. They took such wonderful care of us and the purchase of our new Genesis G90 worked like a charm. We could not be more pleased!
