We made a deal for a used car and wrote a check to pay in full for it. Imagine my suprise when they brought the check back! The sales manager decided to sell the car to someone else for more money AFTER making a deal with me. Guess my money wasn't good enough. The sales manager wouldn't even speak to me afterwards. He sent someone else to give me my check back. Talk about a spineless weasel move! Definitely wouldn't risk another purchase from ANY Serra dealership. #dirtydealing #serraneedshonesty
