Always a pleasant experience, everyone is always very nice and checks on you while you wait. To make sure there is not anything you need.
They worked with me to get me into a car I liked as well as I could afford!
Fiancés car has been broken down now three times and they can't seem to figure out what's wrong with it.

Had to re-edit my review for Serpentini. I bought a car 2 weeks ago and the check engine light came on along with a message that reads engine power reduced. I left a review and the next day Rudy at Strongsvilles location responded quickly, We talked over the phone and he had me tow my vehicle to the Serpentini location in tallmadge. This is my 4th vehicle from the Strongsville location. Once again our salesman Chris Kline went above and beyond and guided us in the best direction for our budget and family needs. He is not pushy and very patient! Highly recommend stopping by to talk to him!
Went for oil change, 39.00+ tax ect just under 45$,that was fine, they came out and said, air cleaner should be changed, I said ok how much? 22$... ok, you have out, do it. Go to pay bills 97$ ? 34$ to install a filter they already removed? Would have been fine if they gave me the heads up....live a learn...lol
