When our vehicles died, and no one else would work with us, Chris Klein at Serpentini spent hours working with us to get an option that worked. When our warranty's ran out, the service department went above and beyond to help us out. If you are looking for a dealership that truly values loyalty and customer service, look no farther than Serpentini Strongsville.
First let me tell you that I have purchased 8 yes EIGHT cars from Serpentini. The last year or so has not been very good in the Service Department. Don't get me wrong, a couple of the service agents are super nice. Unfortunately, a couple of them are snotty, rude, and condescending. Also, both my husband and I have taken our venicles in and were told there is nothing wrong. Started off a little shaky on Black Friday with respect to my initial experience. Then I got a follow up call from Mo, the sales manager and he could not have been nicer. He did everything that he could to make sure that my experience was nothing short of excellent. And that is exactly what my experience ended up to be. Mo found a vehicle for me and I got to take it home the same day!
