Recently life threw us some curve balls. In the madness the miles on my lease were maxed and it was a tight spot. The amazing people at Serpentini welcomed the situation w open arms, calmed my nerves and helped my family into a new lease. We couldn't be more grateful for the people who treat us like family and make the car dealership experience a fun and memorable day! Had a great experience today working with Jason Croasmun, he was very kind and did everything he could to help us get a new car for our daughter, this is the second car we have gotten from here from Jason helping us, he has always been such a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend him to anyone that decides to go there!
I took my vehicle in for a recall issue and was THRILLED with Steve Grillo and the service department. I mentioned to him that I had a concern regarding my transmission and I was very happy that be and his team took the time to not only check it out, but also add fluid. Steve took the time and explained what he would like to see me do and touch base with him if any problems.
