No experience with sales, but the service department is an absolute clown show. To be fair, the parts guy was great, he found the part I needed, was very friendly, and was 5*. Sadly, the service department was the most clueless group of people Ive seen in a dealership. THREE times I called to schedule an appointment for a seemingly simple task. From the moment we stepped into the dealership until we left, we had an awesome experience. Our salesman was Ricardo, and he was so patient and took his time to answer all of our questions. He worked with us and made sure we had the vehicle we wanted and that we were satisfied with our purchase. So the buying experience was not too. Less than 6 months after I drove off the lot with my used 2014 Chevy sonic with 50,000 miles on it and the check engine light came on. I called serpentini and they told me I would have to pay a $100 for them to run a diagnostics on the car to see what was wrong with it. I explained it was still under warranty and they told me it probably would not be covered.
