I always get my oil changes here. Today I ate good AND had great service. They told me it would take 1 hour and it was I hour to the minute. I usually think I don't have time to go during the day...BUT, that one hour was worth it. I relaxed, ate good food at the counter (free Pop) and Megan the Chef had great conversation. I even met Moe the Sales Manager.. Very polite and friendly. Thanks Serpentini for my nice afternoon break from work!! and a great running Mary Kay Equinox!!
Just leased a new 2018 Chevy Trax this morning. Never leased a car before, and Jason Croasmun did a great job of guiding us through the process. He was very patient and answered ALL our question professionally and to our satisfaction. Brandon Fulep was easy to work with on all the financing paperwork, and Terri Diemert was very patient in familiarizing us with all the features, and how they worked before we left the lot. I have a recall on my car, and I scheduled an appointment with Serpentini to get it replaced. Instead of securing the part for the upcoming appointment (which at the time of scheduling, the receptionist had checked to make sure the part was in), they "ran out" due to the recall. I received a call just hours before the appointment to tell me they have to cancel and have no idea when they will have the part again. I have been disappointed by this dealership in the past, but have never been to their service department. I now kn... read more
