If it wasn’t for the great experience on the sales side I would have gone somewhere else. I went to close the deal on my car and to my surprise finance assumed I was using my full pre-approved amount when I was not. They called my bank and obtained an authorization code for the full amount prior to me even signing the check. Instead of taking ownership of the mistake I had to take care of everything myself. the sales staff and management like to waste your time and bother you with calls about vehicles they don't have on their lot. then want you to put down a non-refundable deposit on a vehicle they have no pictures of and not on the lot to look at. and then they tell you they won't run your credit until we can see the vehicle and then they run it anyways. so all in all I'd recommend not wasting your time unless they have THE vehicle you want and for a good price. I'd keep looking past them.

Serpentini is the BEST dealership!!!! I had gone to a tire place when I got a flat. They told me that they needed to sell me 4 new tires even though my tires are almost new. They said the couldn’t plug the tire because of where the puncture was located. I called serpentini as this didn’t sound right to me.
