I would not reccomend, went in with a good downpayment of several thousand dollars, and a trade in worth just under 10k. Good credit score. I wanted a new Silverado, apparently the only ones they have are trail bosses and high country models(extremely pricey models). I was told the custom variants are just practically work trucks. Go anywhere else but here and you can actually get treated with respect, and shown products in your price range. Other dealers will just show you trucks with a few less options.

My tire has been leaking air. I took it in 2 days ago and they told me nothing was wrong. I told them I have to fill the tire every few days so please look again, and still they dismissed me. My tire was completely flat this morning. I called and asked if someone could come to my house 5 minutes away to change the tire because I can’t drive it. They wouldn’t help me. What an amazing experience. Priced local for the 2 vehicles we wanted and they couldn't get to where we needed to be. Seen the advertisement for Serpentini, was kind of hesitant on making the 1.25 he drive but I will tell you what, I am sure glad we did. They got us where we needed to be on the 1st go around. The staff is amazing and help is there when you need it. I will recommend them to anyone who ask. Worth the trip. Excellent job Serpentini

I first came here to get repairs done on my old 2014 Sonic. After that I came back when it was no longer safe to drive and Jason was a great help in getting me a new Traux. We came back once more for my gf's new car too. Its a nice place
