This dealership went above and beyond to get me into the vehicle I NEEDED to fit my growing family. Mike was amazing and so kind. He definitely changed my mind about the typical car salesman stereotype. I will ABSOLUTELY come back here when it's time for another vehicle!

had brakes and rotors done on my truck October of 2017 with 60k miles. now October of 2019 need brakes and rotors for another 1100. how do I only get 30k on the ones installed here which are supposed to be the same as the ones installed at the factory?

My husband and I walked into to serpentini and had to ask for assistance as several of the salesman watched football on their computers. Once we finally received assistance we were then told our only option was to purchase my lease... then 25 mins later told we could then purchase a trax. We left to review our options.
