Granted I was late as my baby was sleeping & in the end I had to wake him, but I phoned them and asked if it was still ok to come and they said they would tell the hair dresser I would be 10 mins late. I arrived 6-mins late for a child’s haircut and the short lady with the leg splint and grey hair was very rude & turned us away. Asta has such a calm and friendly aura about her. She provides amazing service. Best waxing experience I’ve had in the UK. Super clean, professional, and quick. I felt really comfortable the whole time and the results are perfect. I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!
