Have gotten several facials and absolutely LOVE Michelle!! My checkout was where I was disappointed, took 15 min to checkout due to only one person checking out, helped 2 customers in line then it was me but had to take phone calls, 2 of them, finally another gal came to help her, but the other lady didn't even acknowledge me, started talking to the girl that came to help, and kudos to the gal she kept her attention on me and ignored the checkout gal. Had an amazing pedicure, so relaxing. I was unsure I would care for the waterless pedicure but it was amazing! Professional staff and relaxing, beautiful surroundings. Highly recommend!
I had a cut and color with Ashley. She is awesome. We talked about my hair and what would work. Love my hair!!! Great customer service! I'm going back!!
