I wouldnt recommend this place to get your eyebrows done. Look what they did to my eyebrows. My skin is clearly damaged and it hurts. The lady asked if I was on any medication for my skin after the wax when they should have done that before. 😞

I come here all the way from Owatonna when I need my hair thinned out because they do such a great job.
I received the massage-pedi. The massage was wonderful. The pedi not so much. I will stick to the nail salon for pedicures. I have cuts on my toes and my nails were trimmed to short and crooked. The polish looks messy. Not impressed. For a fancy spa treatment I would never go back for the pedi only the massage. Very frustrated because my toes actually hurt.

I have been going to Serenity Couture since it used to be City Looks. I have going to see my amazing and loving stylist J.P. for over 10 years now. I cannot see myself going anywhere else now. Staff is always so friendly and inviting. They treat you just like family. I always look forward to my appointment day. Highly Recommended! Thanks for all the wonderful years of incredible looking hair & more!
This is the absolute best hair salon in Rochester! I’ve been going to Kim for my blonde hair color for almost 3 years and have never had anything but amazing results. Not only is the color on point, but my hair always stays healthy and shiny after coloring. Thanks Kim!
