My wedding party went there for our hair and makeup and were absolutely disappointed. Paid a premium for ok hair and awful makeup and when asked for lip touch ups for later in the evening, were asked to purchase lipsticks.
I had a amazing experience with James! He gave me a 'hair tattoo' (an undercut with a design) and a fantastic inverted bob. The man is an artist! He was so meticulous and detailed oriented. I get compliments on my hair daily, and have had individuals even recognize my hair as James' work. He is the person to go to in the Rochester area for any kind of barber style cut or ANY kind of hair cut, for that matter! :) Thank you James for the amazing make-over!

I actually really liked my stylist- she did a great job with my cut and color. However, I did not realize that I could not use an Aveda egift card I received as a gift. I would have been ok with this if I would not have been approached so rudely by the manager who seemed very annoyed with me. I value customer service as a priority, and I left feeling terrible about the way I was treated. I will never be coming here again.
