Kathleen at Serenity Couture is a magical unicorn who worked her magic on me. She did an AMAZING job and basically crushed her customer service game � I’m a first time mommy and after 8 months post partum my hair FINALLY stopped falling out so I was able to get it cut. Customer service here is sub par. I have had several negative experiences here. They should focus less on redesigning the space and more on training their front end staff.

Very nice people. Very nice atmosphere. Very relaxing. 5 stars. Definatley reccomend it for some well needed relaxation and stress relief.
First time going here. Absolutely loved it. My stylist was gentle even though my hair was fairly tangled up. Almost no pain. Now my hair is thinned out and straightened and I feel great. Will definitely come back.
I have to admit, I was very skeptical about going to a walk in salon but I was desperate and willing to shave my head if I couldn’t get something done! Sevat was WONDERFUL! She actually talked me out of cutting ALL of my hair off because of the damage from a bad perm! I was sure I couldn’t save any of it, but, much to my surprise, she only took about 2 inches off and it looks and feels so much better! I will definitely be going back while I am here working over the next several months!
I have been pampered and spoiled today. I will definitely return to Serenity Couture. They are amazing!
