How can you mess up one's hair so bad when you are suppose to be a professional then expect me to pay a high price?!?!?! I asked for ombre hair and showed a picture. She basically slapped blonde all over my head. At the end I was a blonde head with a brassy look. She did toner 3 times and then added brown to my roots... what?!?! That is not ombre!!! She scheduled me to go back to fix it more but I don't trust her. Now I have to go to a wedding looking like this... ugh. waist of money.
RecommendedI was very happy with my hair and the price when I walked out of my first appointment with Lys! She was amazing! Kept up the conversation the whole time and helped me achieve the blonde I was asking for! Will definitely see her again!
First time at this salon and Alyssa gave me a wonderful experience!! Such great customer service and she really listened to what I wanted.
You will be given a price through the phone and then charged another when you check out. I’ve gotten a MUCH better hair service for half the cost, although I asked for a high experienced hair stylist. NEVER AGAIN.
Our son is 2 years old, in those two years we have not cut his hair once... to say the least it was a new experience for all 3 of us! they were very professional and understanding, through all the tears and periodic screams they got the job done. We appreciate it more than you know :)
If you want to be treated like a queen 👑 go get a massage 💆 at Serenity Couture Rochester. The staff are wonderful, the facilities are well kept, and I've never left there unhappy with any services. Highly recommend!

Savet is a hair magician!!! She’s been doing my hair for years now and she always know what I need! As soon as I sit in her chair, I know I’m in good hands and I let her do whatever she wants! I’ve had some special requests and she goes above and beyond! Hands down, go see her! She’ll make you feel special and beautiful!
