Had my eyelashes and eyebrows done. Eyelashes were nice, but very overpriced. Went elsewhere and they were literally half the price and just as good if not better. Completely understand they charge more due to it being a salon etc but it seems incredibly steep. Eyebrow experience was not great at all, to start with she was helpful, but I said I wasn’t happy with the staining she left all over my forehead and under my brow bone afterwards. I visited Serenity for the first time today from the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming. Kristy was fantastic she took the time to understand what I wanted and offered great advice. The place itself was clean, modern and great atmosphere. I’m so glad I found Serenity and can’t wait to come back for my next appointment.

Another lovely visit, this time with Jodie who did a BIAB gel manicure and eyebrow threading. Great advice given throughout, friendly....altogether another lovely experience. Thank you!
