Purchased a beautiful, bespoke, handcrafted ruby engagement ring from Serendi. The key differentiator was that the ruby was pure and untreated/unheated ... they were one of just a handful of jewellers who only offer pure, untreated and certified rubies. I selected the ruby and ring setting design from their website, and I was updated throughout the production process. The ring came with the gemstone certificate and the workmanship was excellent. Stunning ring and very happy with the purchase!

I am Impressed! I acquired a stunning natural Ceylon blue sapphire ring. The gemstone I selected was dazzling and it was a certified, unheated royal blue sapphire from Sri Lanka (I had it checked). The ring itself was handmade and was delivered to me within 3 weeks of the purchase, in time for the special occasion I wanted it for. Very efficient service and a product of amazing quality.

They sourced a stunning natural certified Mozambican Ruby which was the perfect size ruby for us and designed the most beautiful setting around the stone.Their ring presentation was so beautiful, the secondary package now makes the most elegant jewellery box.
