I went to have my hair highlighted for the first time with Serena. I received a warm welcome and met her gorgeous Snoopy (dog) who was curled up in his bed. Serena listened to my ideas and then gave me guidance on the most complimentary cut for my face shape and hair type. I am super pleased with the result and love my new cut - so much easier to style now - thanks Serena!
