I went to Sepi's Hair Salon in Twyford today for a haircut. From the very beginning, Sepi took the time to carefully explain what would work best for my hair and patiently talked me through the options. She was very attentive and professional. She gave me a beautiful haircut and finished it with an excellent, professional blow-dry. I’m really happy with the result and very glad I chose to come here. Booked a wet cut with manager. Arrived and I could see she was v busy. A youngster tried to cut my dry hair with clippers. Afraid I had to leave as this salon is not for me, need a lesson in customer care.

The cut was okay but she cut much more then I asked because my hair was “dead” then told me it would grow back when I looked upset this was for a wedding and the customer should have a say on what they want done to their hair
