Had to have an emergency appendectomy and was transferred from Independence ER to VB General. Wonderful ER staff at Independence and an even better nursing staff on 2South at VB General. Thanks again for taking care of me!
While on vacation my son hurt his ankle. This hospital was so nice and clean. The staff where extremely nice and pleasant. The whole time from check in , X-rays and took care of my son took at the most an hour. Great place. Wish the hospitals in my area where like this.
My dad was visiting in Va Beach this weekend and was taken by rescue squad to this facility. I 4 hours away and was surprised that by the time I got there he was settled in a room. The nursing staff have been exceptional! Special thanks to his nurse Carrie.
I couldn't have asked for better service in the ER. I was dreading it but the staff was professional, polite and I'm very happy with the care I received.
