just don't. doctors are ok. In office staff is not helpful. sat on the phone for over 30mins 2 times. went to the office and staff members said she made appointment but never showed up on my chart. She honestly made me feel like it was my fault for a so called missed appointment that i was told that i cancelled witch i didn't case i was told dr. would not be in office that day and someone would reschedule the appointment and they never did. also had blood work don't for both my father and i they never even reached out about ... read more
RecommendedIt was well-organized and extremely efficient. Nice job all around by everyone who welcomed me; gave me hand sanitizer; directed me; help me fill out my consent form; nurse who gave me my shot; person who told me to relax for ten minutes; and person who told me what to expect next. Top-notch! Great work INOVA!

Worst Hospital in Orlando... Nurses Does Not Have Empathy, Does Not Care Anything About Patients, They Just Came For a Check ... They came in the rooms without even announcing, Don’t Care if You Received or Take your Medications.. Worst Experience, WORST HOSPITAL 🤬 NEVER RECOMMEND ... 4th Floor HORRIBLE SERVICES... At this time they are short of staff ... NO WONDER BAD BAD BAD HOSPITAL 🤬🤬🤬
