My mom was in the hospital after breaking her hip. Some of the staff and nurses were great, others, not so much. The nurses in the ER and on floor 4/pre-surgery were great and a lot more responsive than a few of the ones on floor 3/orthopedics. It was hard to get information when we asked multiple times about tests that were done. Communication and responsiveness could have been better. It also seemed that some of the nurses were not experienced in working with the elderly and those with memory issues.

The staff was very nice but based on my symptoms it was pretty clear that I had a tension headache due to high blood pressure. I could've just been prescribed the 13 dollar medication for that. instead I got a CAT scan and a 4000 bill. I understand they want to rule everything out but a cat scan that took 1 minute, showed perfectly normal results leaves me with a bill that's twice my mortgage? That's what's wrong w healthcare today.

Everyone there was super nice besides maybe one nurse other than that I felt comfortable and relieved

My husband was in for a heart catheterization and the team at the Heart Center and Dr. Griffin were amazing!
