I can't say enough for ALL the staff. They literally saved my life 2 years ago. Everyone was simply TERRIFIC in my care. Just went back yesterday for a stress test and they found a blockage in my heart. Very professional crew. I'm sorry that others feel they had a bad experience, as for myself, they always take wonderful care of me and I'm sure they will again if I ever need their care. Thank you to the entire hospital.
Went this morning at 1 am to take in my adult daughter for chest pains. I have had horrible experiences here and some that were ok. Tonight was probably one of the best. Not only in the care she received, but in how we were all treated by staff in every position. If this is the new Albemarle, I like it. Just praying my child is going to be okay.
Was here visiting my daughter, the room was huge, and clean! The staff was very friendly and did everything they could to make my daughter comfortable! Kudos
Being in the retail business I am very critical of the experience and CSI. I was completely satisfied. Although I can't give you 100% which is very difficult for me you were very very close only missing one block. When customers came to me I always had someone take them to there appropriate destination not show them how to get there. Over all I was very pleased with my first visit to Albemarle. 4.9*
Was there for the first time, I checked in at the Surgery Center, quick and friendly. After that a long wait to actually go into the first area for prep. Another long wait before step 2. This I can't blame on the hospital, more on the surgeon's schedule. All of the staff I met, RNs, aides and others were friendly and efficient.
We had to visit the ER Friday night and again Saturday morning. The staff was EXCELLENT!! Dr. Lui took great care of our daughter! the NA or FNP, Joel was AWESOME too! Thank you to all who helped us! job well done!!
