Came in with severe pulled muscles that was in spasms. Was scene by the nurses in front which were good. But only saw the P.A no doctor. He was nice. Doing better today.
They keep changing owners so they don't get sued. Definitely need better doctors in the ER. The weight is way too long once you get back there you have to wait even longer to be seen. It is a shame that they don't take time and spend money to improve this Hospital because it is the only one that we have in Elizabeth City
This review is for my ED visit yesterday, best experience I've ever had here, doctors and nurses were great and I was in and out in 3 hours, that included 2 xrays and stitches. I've had bad experiences here in the past so it was a pleasant surprise (considering). Brandon Boyd, PA-C was very personable and kept me informed with everything that was going to be done.
I went today with lower calf leg pain. They did blood test only, because I was told "they didn't want to do any needless test". I wait for awhile, then the nurse comes in talking about good news, like I know what is even going on. The PA couldn't be bothered to come in tell me about the test results or explain any thing. It was like I was wasting his time.
